General Information:

Minimum stay may be required.
All Pine Haven units are Non Smoking. There will be a fee assessed if there is a smoke smell in the cabins after your stay.
All units are housekeeping units.
Hot tub hours are 10 am to 10 pm...no exceptions.
We do not allow pets.
Check in after 2 pm.
Check out by 10 am.
Early or late arrival by special prior arrangement.
Additional guest over Base Occupancy are $12 per day per guest.
Pine Haven may, at its discretion, charge a $12 per day per quest for friends of Pine Haveners visiting on the Pine Haven Property during the day or night.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

If you are booking within 45 days of your stay – Payment is made in full by VISA, Master Card, or check.
If you are booking outside of 45 days of your stay – you have the option to pay ½ the full amount, then pay the balance upon arrival, or payment in full at time of booking.
Deposits will be returned for cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the arrival date, less a $50 per cabin cancellation fee.
For cancellations or reduction in the number of nights of your stay received 45 days or less prior to the arrival date, Pine Haven will attempt to rebook the accommodations less the $50 per cabin cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook, we will be unable to give a refund.
